Sometimes, it doesn't pay to be kind and I just experienced that yesterday. But, as a form of retribution, XF (who din appreciate my kindness), got maluated! Pok Pok Keh!!! ROFL!

Yesterday, I was doing grocery with Tae, Sheryl, Iris and XF cos my car is sent for repair...

After doing grocery, we went to this Malaysian Restaurant for our dinner. They were serving us lotus root peanut soup, which really tasted very nice!

So, this young ah mui was taking and serving us the soup. As usual, Auntie Fang was busy gossiping with the rest while I was basically watching the lady serve the soup.

Then, the lady sort of spill a bit of XF's soup on the table which then started dripping onto her handbag which is on her lap. So, I was helping XF pushing her bag sideways so that the soup wont drip onto her bag anymore.

She turned and stared at the bag, realising that it's wet, she exclaimed loudly:

XF: HEY! What you doing!!! (Staring at me in angry face)

Me: -.-" Not me lah! (thinking u juz maluated urself, u shld really shut up liaoz... and nv appreciate my kindness!)

XF: Argghhh! (still very angry and loud tone)

Ah mui: Ehhh... Sorry, it's me it's me...

XF: -.- Maluated.....

Me: :) Pok Pok Keh!

After that, the ah mui basically din dare to look at XF liaoz lah... Hahaha!!! Who ask XF nv check properly and accuse me and so loud somemore! Muaahhaaa!!!

Damn it! I have just been fined $138 with 1 demerit point in Australia! Damn it!!!

I have never had any traffic offence in Singapore one lah! Argghhhh.......

Apparently, tat camera flash was for my car! The speed limit was 60km/h and I drove at 68 km/h so I was fined. Sigh......

It is damn doggy here lah. They dun show the speed limit clearly like in Singapore and then I kena fined now. And there is no +/- 10% rule lah! :( Sad....

This month is damn sway. After the freak accidents, 3 within a day, I have to send e car for repair which cost me quite a fair bit and now the fine! Like wat XF says, it's only e first month lah! Not trying to be superstitious here, but I am so convinced that it's cos I took e car at an unauspicious timing lah! Cos my auntie was slightly late tat day so I missed e auspicious hr lor! and i din wan to make it seem tat i m so uncle so I din mention that I ve a time to collect e car lah. but now, all these happening within a month really convince me liaoz lah! :(

J (my hsemate) and I having a bet which started recently. Whoever insults the other party or hit e other party will ve to treat one cup of e grain express coffee (this stall at e campus centre, selling asian food and e coffee is nice! :)).

It started cos she is always hitting me or insulting me lah! So this bet is good! So far, she has lost more than 10 cups thou she is replacing with her own coffee supply which is obviously not as nice as e one in grain express but well, i m a kind soul mah... muaahhaaa.....

So, e other day, we were jogging... and the conversation went on like this...

Me: It's cold...

J: Ya lor!!!

Me: But u dun ve to worry mah... cos u ve thick insulation like tat 'thing' mah... (insulting her in an indirect manner... muahhaaa)

J: Huh?! WHICH animal u REFERING to HAR?!

Me: Ermm... dun know leh... i think it is tat last chinese zodiac sign lor... (which is pig)

J: Is it?! (Giving a damn pissed look cos I juz went thru e loopholes, insulting her without calling her names) Oh, u mean 龙 (Dragon) is it?! (Cos her chinese zodiac sign is dragon)

Me: Huh? Is it? I dun know leh... (acting blur) I only know in Singapore, this (pointing to her hand) is call 蹄 (pig's trotter)...

J: Argghhh.... Is it??? It's call 爪(claws) wat...

Me: Oh, is it? I din know HK call it 爪, we call it 蹄 in Singapore. Oh, I remember, in Singapore, we call e meat as 猪肉! HK call it 龙肉 ah?! Interesting...

J: -.-"

Me: OH! And I remember! Australia calls it PORK! :)

J: Argghhhhhhh... (but she cant help burst out laughing...)

Today is a cold day in Melbourne, at least in the morning. Weather here is always strange... It is always ultra ultra cold during the night and early morning but ok by noon time... Haiz...

Such a torture for a tropical boy like me!

Anyway, I was wearing gloves cos my hands were freezing and then:

Me: Wah, my hands look big with the gloves...

You cant believe how sway things have been for me this week. Last Sat was the swayest day of the year so far... My car has some slight injuries juz cos I drove to srpingvale... Irnocially, I drove there to pray leh... But my car gotten injured now lah!

Sigh... I know I shldnt be expecting stuff juz cos I went to pray (for vesak day) but.... still, I wld ve hoped that at least not as sway as Sat... Not convenient to explain wat happened here in details. :(

Sigh... Now, gonna spend money to fix e 'injuries'... sigh... well, ppl ard me kept telling me, anything tat money can solve is not an issue, at least it is solvable... which is kinda true lah. juz still cant help whinning a bit cos gonna burn one big hole in my pocket and i was trying to save money by not going back home this june but now, still end up spending money. argghhh... not sure how much e fixing is gonna cost me. hope it wont be too much bah. now, i kinda phobia liaoz. din ve such stuff when i drove in Sg lah!!! Even when I went Orc, things was ok one lor! No idea how sway I can get... for now, i dun think i will be going to springvale thou i will still go and pray lah.

I had always been teased by the Singaporean meddies since last year that there is smth going on between me and XF. Just cos we are closer, ppl started making fun. Well, if u ask why I'm closer to her, some basic reasons: similar frequency, not as kandan as e rest etc...

Anyway, juz cos ppl dun really believe in platonic relationship, they started making fun of us. Well, I'm fine with certain level of making fun, but yesterday got out of hand.

It all started cos XF was wearing a red dress and then someone juz started saying we were wearing couple clothes cos I was wearing my red jumper. -.-" Sounds damn childish rite???? Well, I admit every now and then, I make fun of other ppl as well, but it never went on and on for e whole day! and things never got so disgustingly irritating!

Yesterday, on top of the childish comment which went on spreading ard for e sake of humour of few ppl, it got worse. during lunch, there was abt 5-7 ppl sitting ard. then we became e focus of it. even thou L&S are e real couple who juz recently came out of their underground relationship, everyone started shooting at us. wondering if we became e '挡剑牌'.

instead of grilling them, they started making fun of us. well, it was alrite initially, but when it became e 'main focus' of e lunch and basically, everyone started making comments, poking jokes at us, it turn ugly. even L&S were having fun. tat was really irritating. when they wanted to hide their relationship frm e rest, we respected tat and din really make fun of them. e only time i will make fun of them is when they come and disturb me and tease me and xf lah! and e reason they wanted to keep their relationship frm e rest was cos they were expecting ppl to be making fun of them blah blah blah... now? ironic isnt it? I made a nasty remark yesterday by telling L tat "Unlike u, at least if XF and I were to get together, we will reveal our relationship"

damn pissed cos of all ppl, they wld be e least qualified to tease us lah! cos we respected why they wanted to keep their relationship frm other ppl so i wld expect e same level of respect and wats more, me and XF arent even together!!!

Argghhh............

I dun wan to seem like e 'spoilsport' by turning nasty but things are getting out of hand. day in day out, not one, not 2 but everyone ard u juz loves to make fun of us. if it's every now and then, well, forget it. but... it is becoming a daily thing and it is getting worse. and it use to be one or 2 ppl, but now, it's e whole grp. everyone juz loves to make fun of others for their own joy. esp all e sexual connoctation in some of e low class jokes are like so WTH lah! and worse of all, e ppl who seem to be making fun e most are e ppl who are doing wat they din wan pplto do to them!

Argghhh....

It is as if I am going back to secondary sch days, or maybe primary sch days? when u come up with stories of this guy and tat gal and make them e class couple and start making fun of them... juz tat now, these ppl are uni students who will one day become doctors...

Very grumpy these few days... No idea why. Not sure if u guys feel abt this before, that u suddenly feel a bit moody, knowing there is something that is bothering u but u cant pinpoint what is it. Sounds a bit PMSing... lolz...

Anyway, kinda pissed with my landlords these few days. As u guys know, I am staying with my hsemate on level 2 while my landlords are at level 1. Basically not much interactions with them, which is good... But these few days, they are pissing me off!

We ve this centralised heating which works on gas, unlike e electrical ones, gas heater are cheaper...

however, I realised they always switch it off when we turn it on! We turn it on in e morning cos it's cold, then when they go to work, they turn it off even thou we are still at home! And they know we are home lah! There was another time when we turn it on when they weren't home, they turn it off when they came back!

But they can turn it on e whole day when we went to school lah! And a few days ago, they turn it on at 1plus am! And it made me freaking hot when I was sleeping halfway and I din even go and turn it off lah! They can close e airvent in their room if they find it too warm one mah! Argghhh...

Anyway, my hsemate and I kinda pissed lah. we used to turn it on when we head downstair for breaky and turn it off when we come up cos they always turn it off mah. nowadays, we juz turn it on and leave it since they will turn it off anyway. why shld we be so considerate and turn it off for them when they will turn it off anyway. and e prob is they can turn it on but we cant?! ARGGHHHH....... if they find it too hot, they can adjust e temp setting mah, dun need to turn off one lor! and they can close e airvent in their room also mah, why turn it off?!?!?!

we are using our own electrical heater upstairs when they are at home. e only prob is it will cost much more cos electricity cost more than gas and heaters use lots of electricity but all of us have to share e bills. so my landlords will ve to pay part of e bills anyway, they lugi lor. dun care abt them lah. only a few more months to go anyway...

I'm really sorry for not blogging for quite some time. Busy mugging cos exam is not tat far away and my last exams... haiz... u can consider it as not bad but still, it's quite a drop from my last yr results and this yr results will count abt 20% towards my honours lah! so trying to work harder now...

It has been 2 weeks since I've gotten my car. I know I should be posting pictures of my car soonish. I've just washed my car and will be taking pics this weekend and will then post them here! LoLz...


Driving in Aus is not as easy as Singapore cos they impose hefty fines. I'm always wondering whether I'm driving too fast or not cos they are damn strict lah. if speed limit is 60km/h, it's really tat, no such thing as 10% allowance like we ve in Singapore one lah. Haiz...

Last week, I was driving around and I'm not sure if I've kena a fine lah! I was driving along this road and then, the traffic light turned amber. Cos I was alrd very near the junction, I just drove past the junction lah! Cos in Mel, the amber light last longer than in Singapore lah. Anyway, when I drove past, there was a flash lah!!! OMG! I was freaking out by then liaoz, cos on top of the hefty fines here, they ve demerit points and they only ve 12 points, unlike Sg where we ve 24 points!

Anyway, one of my friend said it might be e vehicle behind who made a turn. The thing is speed limit signs aren't clearly shown like we do in Sg one lah. I was driving at 72km/h and I wasnt much faster than e car rite in front of my, about e same speed I reckon.

The worse thing is they wont send u e letter till quite some time later and it can sometime take up to 3 months for u to receive e fine lah! Shit! Pray hard I din kena e fine!!!
